This Privacy Notice describes the information Infinant, Inc. (“Infinant”, “we”) collects via its website (the “Site”). Infinant provides technical software and services to companies in order to support financial technology apps (such as a banking-as-a-service platform that some banks offer their customers). This Privacy Notice does not apply to such software and services. Please refer to the privacy policy of the financial technology app which incorporates our software or service to understand how those third parties’ use your information. This Privacy Notice does not apply to third parties, or to the collection of information through applications that we do not control which may use our software and technologies.
