Account Closure Notice

Notice: Some individuals may have received a notification email regarding account closure from Infinant.

The email was legitimate and not a phishing or scam attempt. This was the result of an automated process.

Infinant is a secure technology provider supporting Legend Bank, N.A., the sponsor bank for Modak accounts. As part of that relationship, Infinant provides technology services supporting Modak accounts, which is why the notification included the last four digits of a Modak account.

The notification is related to the closure of a Modak account. It did not represent a new or additional account closure or any other action beyond what was previously communicated by Modak.
